Meghan and Harry will respond to Thomas Markle interview by doing this, expert claims | Life | Life & Style

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry enjoyed their lavish fairytale wedding last month.

The happy couple have reportedly had a quick holiday before getting back to work as Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Meghan’s family has been the source of much media speculation since her relationship with the British prince came to light.

Her father Thomas Markle, a former-cinematographer who now lives in Mexico, appeared on Good Morning Britain yesterday.

The exclusive interview spawned headlines worldwide.

However, it seems Meghan and Harry may both have been very surprised by the TV appearance.

Emily Andrews, royal correspondent for The Sun, told Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid this morning the couple were not expecting it.

She said: “It was definitely a surprise to Meghan Markle because she didn’t know her father was talking to you.”

However, she speculated daily life will go on in the same way for Meghan and Harry despite the interview.

“For Meghan and Harry I think it will be business as usual,” she said.

Speaking on the chances of healing Meghan’s relationship with her father after he did not attend her wedding due to health issues, Emily said: “I know that Meghan was very upset when he couldn’t come to the wedding.

“I don’t think this is an insurmountable rift.”

However, she claimed Prince Harry may not be too happy with elements of the interview.

“He hates it when people talk to the press, he doesn’t like it when people reveal private information,” she said.

Prince Charles’ nickname for Meghan Markle was revealed recently.

The actress, who married Prince Harry last month, has made an impression on the future monarch.

The Prince of Wales even walked the Duchess of Sussex down the aisle on her wedding day.

Now sources have claimed Charles has a special name for his daughter-in-law.

The sweet name is a testament to Meghan’s strong character.

Sources told The Mail on Sunday Charles calls Meghan “Tungsten”.
