Prince Louis, who is two months old, will have his christening soon.
Will Prince Harry and Meghan Markle be named as godparents?
Little Prince Louis has been lying low since he was born in April.
He hasn’t been seen at any Royal Family events, despite the fact that his brother and sister George, four, and Charlotte, two, have been seen at the Royal Wedding and the Trooping the Colour.
However, one family event he will certainly attend is his own christening.
What will Prince Louis christening be?
Experts have suggested it will take place at the beginning of the summer holidays.
Jess Ilse, editorial assistant at the Royal Central, told Express.co.uk: “If you look back at the birth of Princess Charlotte, she was born on May 2 and her christening was July 5.
“So if you follow that model for Prince Louis’ christening, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was announced for the end of this month or July.”
However, the christening will most likely be a private affair.
Prince George was christened three months after his birth.
The christening, on October 23, took place in London.
According to experts it is unlikely, as Meghan is new to the family.
Richard Fitzwlliams told Express.co.uk: “I doubt they would choose Meghan because they won’t have known her that well.
“Meghan is new to the royal family, she wouldn’t expect to be a godmother, this is usually reserved for those whom the parents have been close to for years, often many years.”
However, Meghan has been making leaps and bounds in her new role as Duchess of Sussex.
She went on her first solo outing with the Queen under a month into her marriage.
Meghan Markle and the Queen giggle and smiled during their girls’ trip.
