Princess Eugenie Princess Beatrice get same honour Kate Middleton had

Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice will feature in the September issue of British Vogue, it has been revealed.

The sisters will follow in the footsteps of Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, and the late Princess Diana, who both featured in the magazine before.

Kate featured on the front cover of the publication for its centenary issue in 2016.

Princess Diana, meanwhile, starred on the front cover in 1991.

However, there is a crucial difference as the princesses will not feature on the front cover of the magazine.

The cover featuring Rihanna, 30, was already unveiled earlier today.

It is believed Eugenie and Beatrice will feature in the pages of the September issue instead.

Edward Enninful, editor of British Vogue, teased the appearance in his editor’s letter for the September 2018 issue.

He revealed that Beatrice and Eugenie would feature in the issue, and that they welcomed the publication into the Royal Lodge – the shared home of their divorced parents Sarah Ferguson, 58, and Prince Andrew, 58.

He wrote: “Essentially, we are taking you on a journey – from our offices in central London, where I invited Bajan superstar Rihanna earlier this summer to talk diva-dom and diversity, to Royal Lodge in Windsor, where Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie welcomed Vogue into the heart of the Royal family.”

The magazine appearance anticipates Princess Eugenie’s wedding to Jack Brooksbank, 31, later this year on 12 October.

This is not the first time Princess Eugenie has appeared in a fashion magazine.

The princess was interviewed by Harper’s Bazaar back in 2016.

As part of the feature, Eugenie was photographed by Alex Bramall at the Royal Lodge.

Earlier today, it was reported Eugenie and Jack are preparing for their wedding with a trip to Italy.

The couple have been seen at the Amalfi coast according to eyewitnesses.

The art gallery worker Eugenie was seen enjoying the sun with her husband-to-be, a drinks ambassador.

Jack and the granddaughter for Queen Elizabeth II ate at a restaurant on the beach front.

They cruised along the coast together on a speed boat.

Eugenie reportedly wore a blue top, shorts and hat. Jack, on the other hand, wore a pale shirt and red shorts.
