WWE news: Daniel Bryan linked with highly-anticipated feud after Money in the Bank | WWE | Sport

Bryan will face Cass at Money in the Bank on June 17 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.

The two Smackdown stars have been embroiled in a feud since April and faced off at Backlash in a match that saw The Leader of the YES Movement coming out on top.

But, according to Ringside News, Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer believes the four-time world champion’s feud with the big guy will come to an end at Money in the Bank and he will finally get his hands on The Miz.

Alvarez expects The A-Lister to interfere in the match and help Big Cass pick up a win that will even the scales with his rival.

Alvarez said: “Bryan already won, very rarely do they do these feuds where one guy loses every single match.

“So I think Miz is interfering and costing Daniel Bryan the match to set up SummerSlam.”

Bryan has been wanting to face The Miz since April when the latter returned to Smackdown as part of the Superstar Shake-up.

The former World Heavyweight Champion tweeted: “How long have I waited to #PunchHisFace?!!!”

The two men go way back since 2010 when Bryan joined WWE and was mentored by The Miz on NXT.

Their rivalry led to a match at Night of Champions the same year that saw The Beard beating The A-Lister for the US Championship.

Six years later the two former world champions revived their feud with the infamous Talking Smack argument and The Miz would go on to mock the ex-WWE Champion by performing his signature kicks during matches.
