The historic show will take place on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). It will stream live on WWE Network and be available on Pay-Per-View around the world.

The last time Taker and the 14-time world champion locked horns was in a legendary Hell in a Cell Match at WrestleMania 28 where The Phenom extended his legendary undefeated streak in the Show of Shows.

Despite that match being dubbed as End of an Era, the WWE Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative claims they still have unfinished business and he is determined to send him a message Down Under.

Triple H said: “It has been six long years since one of the greatest rivalries in WWE history was said to be dead and buried. But legends never die.

“The Undertaker and I have some unfinished business. At WWE super Show-Down The Undertaker will once again know why I am The Cerebral Assassin.

“And Undertaker I promise you this is no game.”

Both legends’ last match took place at WWE’s last major live event at the Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia.

Triple H lost to another great rival John Cena whereas Undertaker destroyed Rusev in a Casket Match.

Taker proved that he has not yet called time on his career despite losing an emotional bout to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 33 and then hinting at retirement.

The seven-time world champion returned at WrestleMania 34 where he annihilated Cena in less than three minutes.

Triple H competed in the WWE’s last live event in Australia called Global Warning in 2002 where he faced The Rock and Brock Lesnar in a Triple Threat Match – The People’s Champion picked up the win to retain the WWE Undisputed Championship.

Before the big showdown, the ex-WWE Champion will be returning to the Royal Albert Hall in London on June 18 and 19 for the United Kingdom Championship Tournament that will determine UK Champion Pete Dunne’s next challenger.
