Next April the epic follow-up to Avengers Infinity War arrives, but just how will Avengers 4 end?
After all this won’t just be the end of a movie, but the end of the first MCU saga, made up of phases 1-3.
That’s 22 films across a 11 years, with stars like Robert Downey Jr and Chris Evans expected to bow out in some form, before the whole franchise reboots.
Now a new fan theory reckons the big ending will see the six Infinity Stones split across the Avengers.
Reddit user meme_abstinent writes: “Each member will get a stone, with the exception of the Guardians of the Galaxy, they will all protect one stone together. Below is who I believe will get a stone and why.
“Strange – Time: Because it’s his.
“Captain Marvel – Power: Because she’s the most powerful
“The Guardians – Soul: Because Gamora is still in there (the plot of Guardians of the Galaxy 3).”
They continued: “Vision – Mind: Because it’s his.
“Scarlet Witch – Reality: I mean, she’s already halfway there power wise.
“Tony Stark (retired) – Space (So that he can travel though-out Space when necessary to unite the team or Avengers (he will direct S.W.O.R.D)
“Bonus Round: Thor is still alive, but he dose not want an Infinity Stone near Asgard again (for obvious reasons).”
They added: “The Infinity Watch will meet again, down the MCU road when needing to assemble or destroy the stones.
“The members pledge to protect the stones and to also never use them.
“This keeps all of them nerfed, including Doctor Strange. Because lets face it, if he could just always rewind time he is unstoppable.”
Avengers 4 will be released in UK cinemas on April 26, 2019.
