Minor went into his residence and returned with a handgun, making violent threats.

Officers determined Minor put the victims in fear for their lives, a news release indicated. Minor also is a convicted felon and, therefore, not allowed to possess a gun.

The Lee County Jail lists 25 other arrests since 2005, including ones for car theft, fleeing and eluding, and drug possession, and as minor as traffic violations.

Minor was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and being a Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm. The firearm has been recovered and entered into evidence.

Minor remained in Lee County Jail on Monday morning. Bond had not been set.

He is due in court Feb. 8.
