The Florida Department of Health reported 115 new cases of COVID-19 and no additional deaths in Lee County on Sunday.         

Lee County’s total number of deaths attributed to COVID-19 remained at 889. The new COVID-19 cases increased Lee County’s cumulative to 58,768.   

According to the state Department of Health, a total of 2,066 people in Lee County have been hospitalized for COVID-19 as of Saturday, but that number does not reflect people currently in the hospital.       

The Florida Department of Health is not reporting how many people have recovered from COVID-19.
