Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers hopes the public can help identify the person who shot a 12-year-old dog in North Fort Myers on Thursday.

The dog, which they say is named Kilo, was shot several times. Veterinarians are attempting to work on his wounds.

According to Crime Stoppers, his owners said that Kilo went missing late in the evening Wednesday, and despite searching for him, they couldn’t find him.
