The second half of the show took a darker turn. Daringly short hemlines were paired with subversive socks and patent Mary Janes.
This part of the collection had a much younger feel, with bondage inspired leather straps on coats and dresses created from the reconstructed trench.
Gingham was used o created a grungy cowgirl feel, paired with cow print shorts and slip dresses.
Red sportswear inspired trousers were paired with a safari inspired top while models wore British passports on necklaces.
The show finished with a number of black evening gowns.
Kendall Jenner, a sibling of Kim Kardashian, walked in the show.

The show opened with moody violin music, 25 minutes late.
The show opened with a classic beige Burberry trench with a brown elastic belt fastening.
The beige colours continued throughout the collection with a latex inspired dress, and a crocodile dress with belt detail.
Ladylike pleated skirts with long hemlines made an appearance, as did a luxurious take on the bumbag with a gold chain.

The Burberry London Fashion Week 2018 will begin at 5:00 pm today.
It will be streamed on the brand’s website.
This will be the first show since the new Creative Director Riccardo Tisci took over from Christopher Bailey after 17 years of service.
Riccardo Tisci is said to be close friends with rapper Kanye West, so Kim Kardashian and her husband may well be in attendance.
Riccardo Tisci, 44, from Italy, worked at Givenchy previously and is known for his gothic and sexy style.
