Having made her name as a fashion model, it may come as no surprise that Melania Trump’s style is admired by many from across the globe. These days, the 48-year-old spends her time focusing on projects as part of her role as the First Lady of the United States of America. Recently, Melania took to Instagram to update her 2.7 million followers on her work. In the caption, the First Lady explained that she and her team would be continuing their Be Best campaign into 2019.
“Our work in the East wing continues into 2019 with online safety, fighting opioid abuse & supporting the well-being of children everywhere! #BeBest,” Melania penned.
In the Instagram snap, the First Lady could be seen gazing at something in the distance, as she took a stroll.
Possibly walking in the grounds of the White House, the style icon sported a pair of black trousers which had a tapered design.
She had teamed the look with a black roll-neck top.
The former fashion model also wore a pair of black high heels, and held what appears to be a clutch bag.
Exuding elegance, she teamed the look with a white coat – which she had draped over her shoulders.
Her final accessory was a pair of black sunglasses.
Admirers soon shared their thoughts on the post, with one writing: “Beauty, Grace and Intelligence.”
Another person penned: “You definitely have the right stuff! Smarts and strong character.”(sic)
“You go girl,” a third cheered.
A fourth wrote: “Grace and elegance is back in the Whitehouse! We love you Melania!!”(sic)
The mother-of-one formally launched her public awareness campaign, titled Be Best, back in May last year.
The initiative focuses on well-being for youth, and advocates against cyberbullying and drug use.
Melania, who married Donald Trump, 72, back in 2005, has kept relatively quiet on social media recently.
It came amid the US government shutdown.

Melania’s parents are Amalija Knavs and Viktor Knavs, and the couple live together in Washington.
She has one sister, Ines, who is reported to live in New York and work as an artist.
On May 7 2018, Melania launched her flagship campaign as First Lady, BE BEST, which The White House describes as “an awareness campaign focused entirely around the well-being of children”.
