Olly has always matched British style, talent and humour and is the perfect voice to accompany the ever-more-crazy adventures of the UK’s worst secret agent.
Unlike the hapless Johnny English, Olly’s success story is a true fairytale.
Ever since he cheekily charmed the nation on the X Factor in 2009 he has been a staple on the charts and on our television screens.
Last year’s sold out UK tour shifted an impressive 600,000 tickets and was the trial run for many of the tracks on the upcoming new album.
Speaking of which, he has also added not one but two international stars to his latest single release.
When Olly started working on his forthcoming new album he reached out to Ed Sheeran and couldn’t believe his ears when he was sent Moves.
Both Olly and Ed were keen to add a melodic US rapper to the track, and the only name on both their lists was Snoop Dogg.
Olly said: “Snoop was just perfect for the song. There’s no one else that has that much character in his raps. He’s such an original.”
Featuring Olly’s trademark bounce, Moves is out today and will feature on the Johnny English Strikes Again soundtrack when the movie hits cinemas on October 5.
Olly will also be back on the small screen early next year.
After joining the Voice as a judge last season, he returns for the new season in 2019.
The Essex star is also currently putting the finishing touches on his new album, his first since 24 HRS in 2016.
As well as Moves, the new album features recent hit You Don’t Know Love.
