The second Monday Night football game of the season will see the Oakland Raiders face off against the Los Angeles Rams at the Oakland Alameda Coliseum in California and Express Sport takes you throughhow to keep up with the action live.
The biggest trade in the NFL this year saw Khalil Mack being traded by the Oakland to the Chicago Bears.
The Raiders reportedly claimed they would struggle to offer the linebacker the contract he wanted while they had franchise quarterback Derek Carr on the team.
After Mack put on a dazzling display for the Bears in their Week 1 game against the Packers, the pressure will now be on Raiders head coach Jon Gruden to prove it was the right decision to trade away one of the NFL’s best pass rushers.
There will be a lot of pressure on Carr to improve on the Raiders last season’s 6-10 record, which saw them finish third in the AFC West.
As for the Rams, their quarterback Jared Goff and running back Todd Gurley haven’t been tackled since January and so the duo will be a bit of an unknown as to how they will respond to their first competitive contact.
However this is a Rams team who will see themselves as Super Bowl contenders, after last seasons 11-5 record, which saw them finish top of the NFC West.
Despite the Raiders having home field advantage many experts favour the Rams to the victory when the two teams meet on Monday Night.
