Royal family news: Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, Camilla and Autumn Phillips spotted



The Queen was seen today arriving at church dressed in her Sunday best with other royals.

Queen Elizabeth II, 92, sat in the back of a car with Autumn Phillips.

The stunning blonde, 40, is the wife of the Queen’s oldest grandson Peter Phillips.

She wore a smart red coat with black gloves and a black hat.

The royal relative smiled at the queen as the pair drove through the Scottish countryside.

The Queen wore a powder blue coat with black trim and buttons.

She wore a matching hat with a black rim and floral detail, as well as a sparkling brooch.

Queen Elizabeth II and Autumn arrived at Crathie Kirk in Scotland before attending a Sunday morning church service.

Crathie Kirk is a small parish church in Crathie.

The building is well known as being the church the Royal Family visit when they are staying at Balmoral.

Autumn and the Queen were joined by Prince Charles, 69, and Camilla Parker Bowles, 71.

Camilla wore a jade green coat with a floral scarf.

Charles wore a grey suit jacket with a green, gold and blue tie and a blue cornflower pin.

The church has a long history of being connected to the Royal Family.

Queen Victoria donated stained glass windows to the church. Princess Beatrice donated four bells while the Queen has donated a bible.

The Queen is the head of the church, and is often seen attending religious ceremonies.

Where are Meghan Markle and Prince Harry

According to reports Meghan Markle’s mother Doria Ragland visited the Duchess and her husband this summer. 

She is said to have stayed with them in in Oxfordshire.

A source told the Mail on Sunday: “The visit was totally under the radar.

“Doria supported Meghan throughout a lot of the ordeal with Thomas.”

Who is Camilla Parker Bowles?

Camilla Parker Bowles is the Duchess of Cornwall and wife of Prince Charles.

Family life

Camilla was born on 17 July 1947 at King’s College Hospital, London, England.

Her parents were Major Bruce Shand and Rosalind Cubitt, the daughter of a baron.

She has a younger sister Annabel Elliot, 69, and a younger brother Mark Shand who passed away in 2014. He sadly died after falling and hitting his head.


Camilla first attended Dumbrells school in Ditchling before moving onto Queen’s Gate School in Queen’s Gate, South Kensington at age 10, where she was known as “Milla”.

She attained one O-level before attending a Mon Fertile finishing school in Tolochenaz, Switzerland.

She then went on to study French at the University of London Institute in Paris.

First marriage to Andrew Parker Bowles

Camilla married Andrew Parker Bowles, an officer, on 4 July 1973, when Camilla was 26. The Queen Mother and Princess Anne attended the big day.

The couple have two children, Tom, who Prince Charles is a godfather to, and Laura.

The couple divorce amicably in March 1995.

Marriage to Prince Charles

Prince Charles told in his biography that he and Camilla had rekindled their love in 1986 after his marriage had “irretrievably broken down”.

They announced their engagement in February 2005, which was the Queen Mother’s.

It is thought to be one of the most valuable rings in the royal collection.

They wed on April 2005 at Windsor Guildhall, where Prince William acted as a witness for the pair, before honeymooning in Scotland at Prince Charles’ home in Birkhall.
